We shipped improvements that touch nearly every part of the day-to-day experience in the performance hub.

• A Smarter Inbox: Inbox got a major upgrade: all notifications for reviews, goals, feedback, and meetings now live in one place, with links that take you straight to the task that needs your attention.

• Cleaner Data, Faster: Exporting employee data just got easier... you can hit the new download button on the User page to pull a file that now includes promotion dates and departments. Leaders also have a new high-level overview page summarizing every employee's goals and manager approval status at a glance.

• Tables & Filters, Standardized: Searching, sorting, and filtering now work consistently across the entire platform, so navigating between pages feels intuitive no matter where you are.

• But that's not all: We polished the inbox calendar view, improved peer selection tracking, and made dozens of small usability tweaks.

Last but not least, we kicked off Feburary with an intimate People Leaders dinner at Corsica Wine Bar in Denver.
