I’m a people-first people leader who thrives the messy, exciting middle of HR where strategy meets reality. With 15+ years of experience across multiple industries (EdTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment, just to name a few), I’ve led global HR teams, untangled complex employment issues, and built programs that actually work for both employees and leadership. I’ve scaled HR and compliance functions, led through post-merger integrations, reduced turnover, boosted engagement, and launched people programs that stick. Investigations, performance management, labor compliance, culture work—you name it, I’ve been in the thick of it. And I’m intentional about dedicating time to mentor HR pros to grow their own careers along the way AND coaching operational leaders to show up in a way that earns trust and drives results.
