Built leadership teams from scratch and supported multiple acquisitions, integrations and reorgs. I specialize in turning People Ops into a strategic driver of growth — leading across recruiting, onboarding, automation & AI, talent development, rewards, compliance, employee engagement and crisis management. My early career as a nonprofit operator and start-up General Manager ($0 - $17M ARR) gives me a unique skill set at the intersection of people, process, and strategy — enabling me to build resilient organizations that scale.
